WHY WE BUILT IT

We travel to feel free. Yet many of us build restrictions into our own trips just to feel safe. We avoid certain areas, leave early to be back before dark, or miss the activity altogether.

Help You Home exists so your clients can stop doing that. Preparation done once, before the trip, means they can explore with more confidence and less worry.

WHAT HELP YOU HOME IS: One setup. Two ways to get help.

The app (iOS and Android). Clients add their trip, emergency contacts and key details in advance. The app uses the trip dates to switch their emergency contacts and travel details, so the hotel directions are right and the contacts are specific to that trip. On the trip they can:

- Reach trip-specific emergency contacts in one tap

- Find the correct local emergency number for where they are

- Get directions back to their accommodation

- Share their location by SMS when they choose

- Send an SOS alert to trusted contacts with their location, with a built-in light and sound alarm

The NFC wristband. Clients set up their details in the app first. After that, a tap from any NFC-enabled smartphone shows the details the client chose to store, such as their name, an emergency contact and key medical notes. The person helping needs no app. The wristband is waterproof and reusable, so it is fine at the beach, by the pool or in the rain.

Why it suits your clients

Women travelling solo or to unfamiliar areas. This is our current focus, and Help You Home suits anyone exploring independently.

Once set up, the wristband works without the client's phone, which matters where signal and battery are not guaranteed.

Bundle. Offer the wristband as an optional add-on or a complimentary extra with selected trips. Each bundle includes a code that adds a trip in the app, and bundles save money. Codes can also be bought as gifts.
